Chocolate fancy cake 100 g of cream butter
0.5 cup of sugar
5 eggs
100 g of chocolate
0.5 cup of milk
2 ready rolls
0.5 cup of grinded nuts
0.5 cup of grinded dried breadcrumbs
For decorating:
Chocolate souse, Whipped cream
Stir butter, sugar, egg yolks and grated chocolate together until smooth mixture. Cut the crust off the rolls, dip them into milk and add this to the mixture. Blend egg-whites into strong foam and mix them with chocolate mass. Fill 3/4 of plastic forms with completed mixture and bake at a maximum hit for 6-8 minutes. Turn them over and decorate with chocolate souse and whipped cream.
